PURCHASE AGREEMENT - * An internet connection is required to access the database. You will receive an order confirmation followed by membership info and instructions via email shortly after payment. All premium memberships and services are prepaid. Prepaid credits can be added online any time prior to service requests; Free credits do not carry over on renewal and are valid towards Qualified Queued Service Requests ("QQSR") ONLY. Agent Zero user growth requires plan upgrade and is not sold a la carte. Record limits are capped by plan, including 10,000 records on Agent Zero, 100,000 records on Super EZ, and 500,000 records on ULTIMATE EZ by default. Once a storage limit is reached, additional record-creating activity may be paused or rejected until the account is upgraded, reduced, or separately approved for more capacity in writing. Additional storage is not a standard self-service add-on unless current pricing expressly says so. Free and Super EZ accounts are subject to daily and hourly upload/import queue controls, and excess eligible requests may be deferred to the next business day. Premium custom task requests and specialized external-service requests are reserved for ULTIMATE EZ, subject to review and availability. Billing, for all QQSR and accepted Custom Service Requests ("CSR"), is done in minimum quarter hour credit units per request; and minimum 1 hour for any on-site service (where available). Cancellation or downgrade is not eligible for promotional discount continuation or reinstatement unless confirmed in writing. All prices are subject to change without notice; All fees are non-refundable. All services are provided as per the full Terms of Service Agreement
